A place where all stories come to life. I strive to share your unique story through the lens of a camera. Collaboration is of high importance to me as a creative because a story is never about one person. With this in mind, I create work that means as much to me as it does to my collaborators.

Hey! Anna Payne here – your creative instrument.
I am someone who loves a camera and a pencil. I specialize in events, portraits, and really anything involving people.
I am a current senior at Virginia Tech, pursuing double degrees in cinema and multimedia journalism. Through my extracurriculars, such as The Marching Virginians, The Collegiate Times, and The Cinema Club at Virginia Tech, I’ve learned that teamwork is the key to creating impactful art. There is something so beautiful about uniting with others to create – the backbone of what I strive to achieve with my business.
I am driven by the belief that every story deserves to be told. I want to make my mark in the world by sharing as many stories as possible and bringing people together.
I want to collaborate with people who also love to tell stories. Whether we are sharing the real story of you reaching an important milestone, or bringing to life a fictional world, I am all in!
Some other non-work-related things about me: I love reading books, drinking coffee, hiking, and learning a new card game (not so much losing them though)!

My Philosophy
I am all about working together to create something magical. I want to hear your vision and help bring it to life. I love a good Pinterest board, playlist, or anything that sparks inspiration!

I offer photography sessions for any and all events – I specialize in portraits, live events, couples, or just anything involving people!
I also love being involved on film sets, where I am most interested in pre-production (writing and producing) as well as production (directing, DP, and production assistant.)

For live events, I charge an hourly rate–currently, it is $150 per hour.
For special sessions, like graduation or couples, there is a flat fee of $150 for about 90 minutes and 30 + edited photos.

A safe, fun, and collaborative time. I’m here as a guide – I don’t believe in “camera shy” or “unphotogenic.” I aim to make your session as comfortable and as fun as possible!
